Today I’m sharing this article with you all with all the experiments, struggles that I went through to lose that stubborn unwanted fat from my body . And if you are also one among the people who have tried enough to lose weight but didn’t see any results, here is what you should know.
Losing weight is definitively more about diet than exercise. In fact, tummy fat in particular indicates that you may have fat *inside* your abdomen, not just subcutaneous (under your skin) fat. Fat inside your abdomen, surrounding and invading your internal organs, is the more dangerous kind. Fat under your skin is more likely caused by eating too much. Fat inside your abdomen is more likely caused from eating the wrong *kinds* of food and calories — specifically, eating too much added sugar and processed carbs, and not getting enough fiber — causing metabolic dysfunction.
Let’s face it, losing weight sucks! Or rather, to rephrase things a little, losing weight doesn’t suck, in fact, losing weight is great, the thing that does suck however, is the actual process of losing weight. As you probably know, in order to lose weight you need to exercise, consume fewer calories than your body requires, putting you in a calorie deficit, and eat a selection of healthy, yet largely tasteless and uninspiring foods.
No legal supplements will effectively burn fat for you. Supplements that claim to are generally caffeine pills working off the theory that if your heart rate is going faster then you’ll burn more calories and it will help you suppress your appetite.
Green tea may help in losing belly fat but one can not expect miraculous results by just drinking green tea.
Yes, this drink is very effective and acts as a fat burner. All you need is these four easily available ingredients.
Coriander is high in fiber. It is a natural diuretic which helps removes the body wastes. It also acts as a tonic for blood.
Lemon is high in Vitamin C which helps boost the immune system. It has cleansing properties which helps rejuvenating the system.
Cinnamon lowers the blood sugar. Moreover, it is naturally sweet.
Warm water promotes weight loss as it enhances the blood circulation and improves bowel movements.
- Blend the fresh coriander leaves along with a little amount of normal water to form a juice.
- Pour this coriander juice in a glass.
- Squeeze in the juice from lemon.
- Add cinnamon powder.
- Finally, add the warm water.
- Stir the mixture well.
That’s all. This drink is now ready to cut the fat.
- The best time to have this drink early morning empty stomach.
- However, you can have this drink later in the day also. Just make sure you do not eat an hour before and after having it.
- Also, do not over do it. Twice a day is more than enough.
I will give you the staple rules I’ve been following to achieve my physique:
- Avoid White Foods. Sugar, salt, white bread, white rice, etc. are some of the foods I avoid at all costs. No naturally healthy foods are white in colour. Avoid these foods like the plague!
- Eat More Greens. There was a good reason Popeye was always eating spinach. This leafy green is packed with nutrients to keep your body running smoothly. Darker the green, the better.
- Eat More Fat. Yup, you heard it right. Fish, Almonds, Flax seeds, and coconut oil are some of the nutrient-dense, fatty foods that you should be consuming daily. Fat also makes you happy. The omega-3 fatty acids can boost serotonin in your brain, improving your mood and increasing your motivation!
Creating a Calorie Deficit
There a few ways to create a calorie deficit. By eating less. By expending more energy. Or by combining the two together. Eating less, and expending more energy. This means exercise and diet control.
For your diet you simply must eat less. Eliminate all the empty calorie foods like chips, cookies, candy, and soda. Trade for more macro and micro dense nutrient items. Foods that are high in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats.
- Egg white
- Sweet Potato
- Almond Butter
- Coconut Oil
The most effective way to lose that much that quickly is to start an exercise routine and cut back on your eating.
For your exercise routine, start out slow, do not work yourself hard at first or you might get hurt. Gradually push yourself harder as your body becomes accustomed to whatever work out routine you’ve started.
For eating, do not go on some crazy cookie diet or tea only diet. Be smart: don’t eat sugar laden products, eat more proteins and remember, animal fats are okay, eggs are great. Keep careful track of how much you are eating and exercising.
Being physically active increase the size of your calorie deficit and cuts the time it takes to lose weight in half. Two of the best practices to incorporate into your exercise routine for losing weight is HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) cardio, and strength training. HIIT 3-5 times a week, while also strength training 3-4 times per week.
When it comes to losing weight it is the little steps that you take today that will affect your tomorrow. Avoid becoming overwhelm by expecting change to happen overnight. This takes time, and a great deal of patience. Slowly create your calorie deficit by moderately cutting the amount you eat, and increase your physical activity. These slow yet precise changes are much more likely to stick. Keeping the weight off for good!
Joy of eating: Last but *definitely* not least, enjoy your food. The more you enjoy food as you eat it, the less likely you are to overeat. There’s complex interplay between your brain and your food.
Enjoy your food, and cook and eat with people that you love.
